Policy
1. REFUND
We do not offer refunds for services that have already been completed.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon so we can address the issue promptly.
2. GIFT CARDS
Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of service.
They are non-refundable, treated as cash, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
They are redeemable for services at their original purchase value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. CLIENT WELLNESS
If you are feeling unwell (fever, cold, flu, infections), we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.
If any open wounds, fungus, or infections are present, we may refuse service for your safety and that of others.
Please inform us of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions before starting a service.
4. PETS
Except for service animals, pets of any kind are NOT allowed in the salon.
To protect our clients who are more susceptible to allergens, no animals are permitted at any time.
5. SALON ENVIRONMENT
Please set your cell phones to low volume.
FaceTime, speaker phone, or similar communication is not permitted to preserve guest experience and privacy.
6. SERVICE WARRANTY
We offer a 3-day warranty for gel, dip powder, and acrylic services.
Warranty does not apply to breaks caused by customer mishandling.
Receipt or photo proof may be required.
7. CHILDREN'S SAFETY
Children must remain under the supervision of a parent/guardian at all times.
Children under 12 years old may receive services only with parental consent.
Children under 16 years old are not permitted to handle payment cards without a parent or guardian present.
8. LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
9. PEDICURE CHAIRS
Only clients receiving pedicure services are allowed to sit on the pedicure chairs.
10. COUPONS
Coupons may not be used to purchase gift cards
Cannot be combined with other promotions
Must be presented at time of service
One coupon per customer per visit
No cash value
Salon reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time
11. CUSTOMER CONDUCT
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude or disruptive.
No dangerous items, weapons, or pets allowed.
No recording videos inside the spa.
12. PERSONAL ITEMS
We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
